Villa Monterray is built in the Andalucian rustic style and offers amazing views out to sea from its position just off the beach. There is always something fresh to discover as you explore this amazing property.
Arranged over two levels; the upper floor has two master bedrooms, both with generous en-suite facilities. The two bedrooms on the upper floor also lead out onto an amazing terrace with a built sun shade area. The terrace offers views over the sea towards north Africa.
On the ground floor there are three further bedrooms contained in their own wing, there are two bathrooms with showers to support these rooms. One is a double, the other two feature twin beds.
The extensive lounge dining area also leads to a bar and informal area. The ground floor areas all lead directly onto a terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and then out to sea over the beach.
There is a compact kitchen, as well as a utility room and ground floor cloakroom.
The villa has a nice garden and its own outdoor pool which may also be heated in the cooler seasons. There is a private access to the beach from the swimming pool area.
This Villa will sleep up to 10, there is parking for two vehicles and the compound is protected by powered security gates.
The entire villa is air-conditioned, with several zones offering independent control. There is also a perimeter alarm. Wifi and internet is available.
Sitio de Calahonda is just a few minutes away and offers a range of supermarkets, other outlets, numerous bars and restaurants. Fuengirola which is one of the coast’s busiest towns offers everything you might need during your stay. Marbella, and the party spot of Puerto Banus are fifteen minutes away. We recommend a car to fully enjoy the surroundings there are two parking spaces available within the compound.
All the properties that we manage on behalf of the owners are privately owned, they are not part of a hotel or resort. This means there is no reception where you collect keys. Check-ins are now regulated and we operate an appointment system; someone from our team will personally meet you at the apartment, or a special rendezvous point, and take you inside and show you around. Spanish regulations also require us to check your ID when you check-in. You can book a check-in appointment from 15.00hrs until 21.00hrs. If you know that you are going to arrive outside these times please make sure you have contacted us so that we can make arrangements for someone to meet you, there is a charge for out-of-hours check-ins. If you are flying take into account delays at Malaga airport which can be lengthy. If you are hiring a car we definitely recommend our car-hire partner because we can leave a welcome pack with keys inside your vehicle, that way you can self check-in and we can meet you later to complete formalities, this can avoid long waits and is the stress free way to start your break.
