The apartment is reached from street level by lift to the third floor, which opens out on to the ground floor, to leading to the garden and the pool which is open all year round. All towels and linen are provided for your stay.
La Reserva de Marbella is a gated urbanisation set in an area of natural beauty which is lush and green, situated approximately 10 Kms east of Marbella and its famous old town. There are many towns, markets and beaches along this part of the coast to explore including Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and La Cala (made famous by the Channel 4 programme A Place in the Sun). Malaga Airport is normally 35 minutes by car.
Close to Cabopino Marina with its wonderful restaurants is a beautiful sandy beach with shallow access to the sea for the children and a beautiful Naturist beach and Nature reserve. Andys Beach bar is situated right on this beach where you can enjoy drinks, food and live music whilst sunbathing or relaxing with friends. There are many other beaches nearby.The closest restaurant is only 220 metres away, and there are two supermarkets nearby. The Costa del Sol is famous for its number of golf courses many of which are nearby.We recommend a car to take full advantage of the surrounding area.
.All the properties that we manage on behalf of the owners are privately owned, they are not part of a hotel or resort. This means there is no reception where you collect keys. Check-ins are now regulated and we operate an appointment system; someone from our team will personally meet you at the apartment, or a special rendezvous point, and take you inside and show you around. Spanish regulations also require us to check your ID when you check-in. You can book a check-in appointment from 15.00hrs until 21.00hrs. If you know that you are going to arrive outside these times please make sure you have contacted us so that we can make arrangements for someone to meet you, there is a charge for out-of-hours check-ins. If you are flying take into account delays at Malaga airport which can be lengthy. If you are hiring a car we definitely recommend our car-hire partner because we can leave a welcome pack with keys inside your vehicle, that way you can self check-in and we can meet you later to complete formalities, this can avoid long waits and is the stress free way to start your break.
