This stunning three bedroom townhouse is a corner property with views over the adjacent golf course and lake. The property is in a small gated community that offers a shared all year open air pool, full size tennis court, landscaped gardens complete with a BBQ area. The house is fully air conditioned and all the rooms are of a good size; light and airy with plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can entertain in style or just enjoy a quite night in. The lounge area has a TV and DVD player, the indoor dining space is arranged for six. The house has some very nice terraces all with views and lots of sun. This house will sleep six comfortably, parking is available and we do recommend a car so that you can enjoy this part of Spain to the full. Linen and towels are provided for your stay.
There are a number of local amenities that you can walk to including the golf club where you can enjoy a cold drink. Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are a few minutes drive in the centre of Riviera. Fuengirola, the closest large town is just ten minutes away and the very popular La Cala very close. Riveria boasts a nice beach as well as the famous Max Beach beach club, Marbella and its old town is only a 20 minute drive away. This is the ideal spot from which to explore Andalucia. This is a very popular location indeed and this house is sure to exceed all your expectations.
You can check into the property from 15.00hrs to 21.00hrs. Spanish regulations require us to meet you at the property to give you keys and also show you around, we also have to check and scan your ID documents. To avoid delays we need to know when you plan to arrive, so we will ask for a time of arrival when we send you the booking confirmation. If you think you will be arriving late or outside the normal check-in time please contact us as soon as possible, as there might be a charge for an out of hours check in. We do recommend hiring a car with our car-hire partner, in which case we can leave a welcome pack inside the car as this avoids any problems arising from unexpected delays.
