The accommodation

The apartment has been fully refurbished to a very high standard. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other has bunks suitable for young people. There are two shower rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The terraces mean you are spoilt for choice, and the entire apartment is air conditioned and fast WiFi (200Mb) is available throughout. All linen and towels are included during your stay.

The local area

The apartment is part of a resort, although it is privately owned. You have full access to all the swimming pools both indoors and outside, childrens play area, bar and restaurant on site. In addition there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away, and there are several bars and restaurants all within walking distance.  Cabopino beach, one of the famous unspoilt sandy beaches, is a short walk away or a shirt drive. The nightlife of Puerto Banus is close by as is the famous town of Marbella good for shopping or a quite drink in the old quarter. We do recommend a car to enjoy this location to the full. There is also a bus stop 200m from the apartment.

Check-in arrangements

All the properties that we manage on behalf of the owners are privately owned, they are not part of a hotel or resort. This means there is no reception where you collect keys. Check-ins are now regulated and we operate an appointment system; someone from our team will personally meet you at the apartment, or a special rendezvous point, and take you inside and show you around. Spanish regulations also require us to check your ID when you check-in. You can book a check-in appointment from 15.00hrs until 21.00hrs. If you know that you are going to arrive outside these times please make sure you have contacted us so that we can make arrangements for someone to meet you, there is a charge for out-of-hours check-ins. If you are flying take into account delays at Malaga airport which can be lengthy. If you are hiring a car we definitely recommend our car-hire partner because we can leave a welcome pack with keys inside your vehicle, that way you can self check-in and we can meet you later to complete formalities, this can avoid long waits and is the stress free way to start your break.

Someone from our team will personally meet you at the property to show you around and give you the keys. Séjour inoubliable Un vrai ressort pour se reposer et passer de bonnes vacancer. Emplacement formidable à côté de la piste méditerranéenne. La plage à 5 min un supermarche à 2 pas. J'y revienderais surement
