A beautiful duplex 2 bedroom apartment situated in the exclusive La Reserva de Marbella resort on the Marbella Costa, a few minutes drive to the beach or a short walk. Cabopino’s famous beach bars are close by. This is the prefect spot to relax and unwind. Marbella town and the famous orange square is just a 10 minute drive, and the mountains and the rest of the coast are yours to explore. This is a superior apartment in every respect. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The lounge and open plan kitchen are on the ground floor. There is everything you may need for an enjoyable relaxing stay. fridge / freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster along with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. The lounge can seat 4 and there is a dining table and 4 chairs. There is a TV and free WIFI. The front ground floor terrace at the front of the property has an outside dining table and 4 chairs to enjoy evening entertaining. The smaller gated terrace area at the rear leading from the kitchen leads out to the pool and bar areas. The second bedroom, which has a double bed (135cm) , is on the ground floor and has its own en-suite shower room . The master bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor, this has an adjoining shower room. The bedroom opens out onto the lovely private terrace with two sun beds to enjoy the endless sun. The front of the apartment has views towards the sea and is quite private, the rear of the apartment looks towards the pool area. The entire apartment has been very tastefully decorated and designed by the owners, there are nice personal touches and the linens are superior quality for that luxury feel. This property will sleep 4 comfortably, there is a sofa bed in the lounge for occasional use. There is a gym, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, bar and restaurant as part of the resort. FREE WiFi is available throughout the site. There are two outdoor pools, one complete with pool bar. A heated indoor pool, a gym. Bar and restaurant all on site. There is also a children’s play area providing your little one the opportunity to play with new friends. During the summer season daily and nightly entertainment can be accompanied by a top class buffet in the resort restaurant. Linen and towels are included during your stay.

The local area

Playa de las Chapas is a beach with an ambiance and glamour present in the surrounding clubs, including the popular Nikki Beach. It stretches across 750 metres corresponding to the residential area of the same name, and is about 25 metres wide. It is one of the prettiest and most famous beaches in Marbella and is usually not too busy, which makes it even more special. Although the numbers do increase in peak periods, the average occupancy rate is maintained throughout the year. Quite a large number of restaurants and high-quality establishments are located in this part of the coast as well beach clubs, whose model of leisure, entertainment and glamour finds its most spectacular version in Marbella. Cabopino, one of the best beaches on the Costa is a short walk away. you can also enjoy live music at Andys beach bar whilst your children play in the sand. There are a number of local markets to enjoy, details of these and other local attractions are in your information pack in the apartment.

Check-in arrangements

All the properties that we manage on behalf of the owners are privately owned, they are not part of a hotel or resort. This means there is no reception where you collect keys. Check-ins are now regulated and we operate an appointment system; someone from our team will personally meet you at the apartment, or a special rendezvous point, and take you inside and show you around. Spanish regulations also require us to check your ID when you check-in. You can book a check-in appointment from 15.00hrs until 21.00hrs. If you know that you are going to arrive outside these times please make sure you have contacted us so that we can make arrangements for someone to meet you, there is a charge for out-of-hours check-ins. If you are flying take into account delays at Malaga airport which can be lengthy. If you are hiring a car we definitely recommend our car-hire partner because we can leave a welcome pack with keys inside your vehicle, that way you can self check-in and we can meet you later to complete formalities, this can avoid long waits and is the stress free way to start your break.
