The accommodation

A beautiful duplex apartment is in the very popular resort of La Reserva de Marbella. The front terrace of the property over looks the two lovely outdoor pools and poolside cocktail bar, and the rear upstairs terrace looks towards the sea. Local shops are only a few minutes away and the resort has its own bar and restaurant, gym, indoor heated pool, and a children’s area. This apartment has a lovely double master bedroom on the ground floor which has an en-suite shower room and outside terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom on the first floor also has a smaller double bed (135cm) and there is a second shower room adjacent. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The lounge has seating for 4, a coffee table, TV and a dining table and four chairs. For the occasional stay of up to 6 people this apartment the sofa can become a double bed. The apartment is however only really suited for 4 guests at a time. The master bedroom has its own terrace on the ground floor, the lounge opens onto a sun filled terrace with outdoor dining furniture and also two sun beds. There is a further gated terrace at the front of the property overlooking the pools and bar. All towels and linen are provided for your stay.

The local area

Situated in the exclusive urbanisation of La Reserva de Marbella on the Marbella Costa, a few minutes drive to the beach at Cabopino or a short walk. The urbanisation boasts two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool as well as a fitness centre, bars and tropical gardens. A prefect spot to relax and unwind. Marbella town and the famous orange square is just a 10 minute drive. The mountains and the rest of the coast are yours to explore. Playa de las Chapas is a beach with an ambiance and glamour present in the surrounding clubs, including the popular Nikki Beach. It stretches across 750 metres corresponding to the residential area of the same name, and is about 25 metres wide. It is one of the prettiest and most famous beaches in Marbella and is usually not too busy, which makes it even more special. Although the numbers do increase in peak periods, the average occupancy rate is maintained throughout the year. Quite a large number of restaurants and high-quality establishments are located in this part of the coast as well beach clubs, whose model of leisure, entertainment and glamour finds its most spectacular version in Marbella. Cabopino, one of the best beaches on the Costa is a short walk away. you can also enjoy live music at Andy’s beach bar whilst your children play in the sand. There are a number of local markets to enjoy, details of these and other local attractions are in your information pack in the apartment. We can arrange car hire for you if you wish. We will also send you detailed directions to the apartment where we will meet with you. The drive from Malaga airport will take you approximately 35 minutes.

Check-in

All the properties that we manage on behalf of the owners are privately owned, they are not part of a hotel or resort. This means there is no reception where you collect keys. Check-ins are now regulated and we operate an appointment system; someone from our team will personally meet you at the apartment, or a special rendezvous point, and take you inside and show you around. Spanish regulations also require us to check your ID when you check-in. You can book a check-in appointment from 15.00hrs until 21.00hrs. If you know that you are going to arrive outside these times please make sure you have contacted us so that we can make arrangements for someone to meet you, there is a charge for out-of-hours check-ins. If you are flying take into account delays at Malaga airport which can be lengthy. If you are hiring a car we definitely recommend our car-hire partner because we can leave a welcome pack with keys inside your vehicle, that way you can self check-in and we can meet you later to complete formalities, this can avoid long waits and is the stress free way to start your break.
