A luxury apartment, sleeps 4 people , air-conditioned, spacious and stylishly decorated. It is very well appointed with a king-size bed in the master bedroom which has its own en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto the terrace, from the terrace you have a few short steps to the swimming pool within the setting of a tropical garden. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom which has its own bathroom A large lounge/dining room with flat screen TV , UK channels are available, and a DVD player is provided. The lounge also opens onto the terrace area with a view out over the gardens and pool.  A modern fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. All linen and towels are included during your stay. Parking is easy and this property also has a secure underground garage.

The local area

Casa Buena Vista is situated in the ever popular La Reserva de Marbella, just minutes from famous Cabopino, while Marbella is a short ride away. Set slightly in the hills overlooking the sea this is a great spot to relax or equally explore some of the stunning surrounding countryside.  There is a good tapas bar and restaurant just a two-minute walk, and five minutes away by car are dozens of other restaurants, shops and the fabulous unspoilt beaches at Artola, Las Chapas and Cabopino. At Artola the beautiful sandy beach, which is surely the best-kept secret on the Costa Del Sol, is backed by dunes and a nature reserve. Alongside the yachts at Cabopino marina are some excellent bars and restaurants.

Check-in arrangements

All the properties that we manage on behalf of the owners are privately owned, they are not part of a hotel or resort. This means there is no reception where you collect keys. Check-ins are now regulated and we operate an appointment system; someone from our team will personally meet you at the apartment, or a special rendezvous point, and take you inside and show you around. Spanish regulations also require us to check your ID when you check-in. You can book a check-in appointment from 15.00hrs until 21.00hrs. If you know that you are going to arrive outside these times please make sure you have contacted us so that we can make arrangements for someone to meet you, there is a charge for out-of-hours check-ins. If you are flying take into account delays at Malaga airport which can be lengthy. If you are hiring a car we definitely recommend our car-hire partner because we can leave a welcome pack with keys inside your vehicle, that way you can self check-in and we can meet you later to complete formalities, this can avoid long waits and is the stress free way to start your break.
