This apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, one a double and one a twin and will sleep four in comfort. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge diner has been furnished to a high level and there is a fully equipped kitchen. In addition there is a small secure storage space ideal for suitcases and luggage. Air-conditioning is throughout and high speed fibre internet is also provided. This is a very popular location indeed and this house is sure to exceed all your expectations! The terrace, which leads from the lounge, offers views over the sub-tropical gardens and the swimming pool. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants and all a short walk away, however we do strongly recommend a car so that you can take full advantage of what the local area has to offer. All linen and towels are included during your stay.
Situated in the exclusive urbanisation of La Reserva de Marbella on the Marbella Costa, a few minutes drive to the beach at Cabopino or a short walk. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants in walking distance. Marbella town and the famous orange square is just a 10 minute drive. The mountains and the rest of the coast are yours to explore. Playa de las Chapas is a beach with an ambiance and glamour present in the surrounding clubs, including the popular Nikki Beach. It stretches across 750 metres corresponding to the residential area of the same name, and is about 25 metres wide. It is one of the prettiest and most famous beaches in Marbella and is usually not too busy, which makes it even more special. Although the numbers do increase in peak periods, the average occupancy rate is maintained throughout the year. Quite a large number of restaurants and high-quality establishments are located in this part of the coast as well beach clubs, whose model of leisure, entertainment and glamour finds its most spectacular version in Marbella. Cabopino, one of the best beaches on the Costa is a short walk away. you can also enjoy live music at Andys beach bar whilst your children play in the sand. You can check into the property from 15.00hrs to 21.00hrs. Spanish regulations require us to meet you at the property to give you keys and also show you around, we also have to check and scan your ID documents. To avoid delays we need to know when you plan to arrive, so we will ask for a time of arrival when we send you the booking confirmation. If you think you will be arriving late or outside the normal check-in time please contact us as soon as possible, as there might be a charge for an out of hours check in. We do recommend hiring a car with our car-hire partner, in which case we can leave a welcome pack inside the car as this avoids any problems arising from unexpected delays.
